You asked. We answered. Get to know more about us here at qubeworX and how we can work together to save you time and save you money.
1. How fast can you make it?
Many factors affect this for every panel shop, but size, complexity, and odd spec like a specific panel color are typically the most important. If we have been provided appropriate and accurate information such as up-to-date drawings and matching BOM, we look for an eight-week turnaround for larger panels and four weeks for smaller “drive-in-a-box” style applications. qubeworX will undoubtedly work with customers on expediting a panel if needed.
2. How much will it cost?
qubeworX utilizes a Rockwell System Integrator pricing structure to stay actively competitive in a growing automation market. Contact us today, and we will prepare a quotation for your project.
3. What does my money buy?
Our products are thoughtfully procured, mindfully laid-out and assembled, and quality checked to meet and exceed UL508A standards. We handle everything from design to the finished product; there are many benefits you gain when working with qubeworX.
4. How long have you been in business?
qubeworX has been in business for nearly two years, but we are an offshoot of our sister company, Intellimodus, LLC, which has almost 30 years of experience in designing and developing control systems and automated solutions for airports, parcel delivery hubs, distributions centers, water treatment facilities, and manufacturing operations.
5. Where are you located?
qubeworX is located in Jeffersonville, IN, in an industrial district known as the “Ports of Indiana.”
6. Can we get parts cheaper elsewhere?
While we do live in the age of the internet and acknowledge the possibility you can procure parts elsewhere online, qubeworX exists as a turn-key shop. We handle everything from drawings to finished product, so you don’t have to worry about thing.
7. How are you different from other panel shops?
qubeworX is a turnkey operation with a staff of highly skilled wire assemblers. We can assist with engineering or CAD drawings through our sister company Intellimodus. We will work with our customers to build panels to your specifications, and perform complete testing in-house before the Factor Acceptance Test (FAT) that our customers usually attend.
8. Do you have on-site engineering?
We have access to engineering capabilities through our sister company, Intellimodus.
9. Do you have layout and PLC programming capacity?
Yes, we have access to layout and PLC programming.
10. Can we procure the parts and send them to you or purchase an enclosure you will modify?
As mentioned above, we pride ourselves on being a turn-key shop. You have access to state of the art equipment such as our Steinhauer Modification Center. Allowing us to procure your products can also significantly reduce shipping costs helping to minimize change orders seen with changing spec. But if a customer prefers to purchase the parts, then qubeworX will work with the customer in whatever capacity is needed.
